Tryouts will take place starting Monday, January 23 at 11:45, after the half day dismissal.
You MUST have a physical filled out by a doctor in order to try out, there are no exceptions to this rule. Physical forms can be picked up in the main office or printed via the link on the attached slide. You MUST also complete the registration form that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the flyer.
