Near the end of the school day today, April 4th, students at McCollough/Unis found and turned in a threatening note to school administration.
School administration immediately reported this to Dearborn Police and an investigation was conducted throughout the evening. Local law enforcement deemed the note not to be a credible threat. Out of an abundance of caution, additional police presence and District leadership will be present at the school on Wednesday morning.
Maintaining a school environment that is focused on learning and safety is the highest priority for the District. Students, staff, parents and community members are encouraged to report any potential safety concerns to building administrators or by using the Student Safe Voice Form
