For students to be a part of this recruitment event, parents/guardians must fill out the virtual registration form by January 7th, 2021. If you can, please send this flyer to all teachers grades 6-8, so that they may send this to their students’ families to join.
As you know, our 21st Century After School Program here at ACCESS, has been conducting all program sessions virtually using Zoom. My staff has done a great job with presenting fun, and engaging lessons to the students and assisting them with their homework as well.
All the schools that are part of ACCESS’s 21st Century After School Program, in addition to Unis, have decided to have a fun recruitment for students on Friday, Jan. 8, 2021 from 4 – 5:30 p.m. This event will be virtual over zoom and will highlight the importance of our after-school program, while still making it fun for our staff and students! In addition, we will have program showcase, fun games and prizes.
